Enrollment Procedures

The Oklahoma State Department of Education has closed all Oklahoma schools. For you and your family’s safety, we are not currently open to the public and ask that you conduct business by online enrollment and email. 

网上体育投注官网Unsure if you live in Union District or what school your child will attend?  

If you are you new to Union Public Schools or have a student that needs to enroll you can register online.

Required documents to upload during registration -  (pdf format is preferred but not required)
is a free easy to use smart phone app that scans and enhances documents and can covert documents to a pdf for uploading.

  • Primary residency proof - current gas, water, electric bill or signed lease agreement.
  • Secondary proof or residence - any of the primary or credit card statement, cable bill, phone bill, DHS letter or current pay stub. 
  • Parent/legal guardian's photo ID.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Transcript - 7th -12th or Withdraw Grades 2nd-6th or (we will Request Records from previous school) 
  • Custody documents -  (if applicable) such as Joint Custody Agreement, DHS/Foster Placement, or Court Appointed Guardianship.
  • Immunization record ( All series must be completed or up-to-date.)

If you do not have access to a computer to complete the Online Enrollment, please contact us by email at [email protected] to set an appointment for a phone enrollment.  Email and phone hours are 8 AM to 4 PM Monday - Friday at 918-357-6150.

Pre-Enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year for Pre-K and Kindergarten

网上体育投注官网Review our revised .  We ask that you complete your online enrollment on or before the schedule site date.  If you have already completed online enrollment we will send you an email link to revise and upload your verification documents.  We will be processing your enrollment on the scheduled date and you may be contacted for assistance by phone if necessary.

If your child has any of the following conditions (diabetes, seizure disorders, allergies and asthma) or other health conditions which the nurse should be aware of, please .

Online Registration

Online registration allows families who are new to Union the opportunity to register their children from the comfort of their own home. Please complete these forms online and bring your verification documents listed below to the Union Enrollment Center, 6011 S. 89 E. Ave., to finalize your registration. Completing these forms online will expedite your wait time. If your child is currently a Union student you do not need to register. LOG ON HERE

网上体育投注官网All students new to Union and former students who have withdrawn from the district must complete enrollment. Students must be residents of the Union Public School District, living with a parent or legal guardian. Any student who has moved during the school year or summer must bring verification.
